novakai
The Light of Eltharion is awesome but Teclis's model feels really off for some reason. maybe it the point of view but him floating like that makes it really weird and unbalance
Dirtnaps
Man waiting to see if anything comes of Sons of Behemat is going to be really hard after seeing these new aelves, they look absolutely gorgeous.

Teclis himself just doesn't look all that great. That monster (and paintjob!) though.....wow it looks amazing. Also the cav are just 100 percent what I would have wanted for aelf cav. HiddenElephant
At this point, GW is showing off what they can do with models, given a model is literally hollow armor that isn't even complete, just to show off how good they can make it. Carnelian
DWell that was definitely worth waking up at 5am for. The hollow hero is a really fine sculpt. Really impressed The infantry and cavalry aelves are nicely classic - but boy, none of them compare to Teclis and his mount... That mount is just absolutely brilliant. Very noble yet very alien . Exactly the sort of mythical beast that I love the Mortal Realms for having! I think the nurgle sorcerer is totally cool too and the seraphon terrain piece also looks excellent and I can't wait to read more about the coalesced! 1

I actually quite like the model.

Whitefang
Eltharion was killed in ET by the spell curse of year of Arkhan That maybe why he doesn't have a body now Make him even deadlier THE POWERFUL SOUL NEVER DIES

I don't want to be a downer, I was obsessed with Lizardmen years before ever getting into Warhammer and I have a fully painted Seraphon army but I hate the basic Saurus Warrior/Knight models so much that even a new book isn't making me motivated to pull them off the shelf. That said, I'll make one observation as a Seraphon player. Those Saurus on the cover don't look like any Saurus model we actually have. In particular those big bulky shoulder plates with spikes are just not a thing that the current models have, like the heavy chest plates several of them seem to have. They don't have skull helmets either, which is the signature Saurus Guard look. So if we really aren't getting new Saurus models that is one bizarre cover direction GW is pulling out for this book. I was going to convert them out of the Bloodbowl team, but I really need to know if they’re getting updated before I start on that project

There are literally no Saurus models that have armor like that, and it's consistent across most of the Saurus dudes on the cover. Huge spike Pauldrons, heavy gold chestplates, no bone helmets like Guard have...literally a completely different design. Suspicious, given every other recent battletome having an accurately depicted basic or elite infantry guy on the cover. The front guy you could almost pass off as the Oldblood model no one uses, but the rest of them, no. Sleboda
I like the Nurgle warband. The 40K stuff looked neat, especially as conversion fodder. The elves are pretty, but not remotely interesting to me. Teclis himself, in particular, while clearly a technical achievement, doesn't say "Teclis" to me for some reason. My disappointment over the lack of new Saurus pretty much kills the excitement I had for Seraphon. Big, big bummer. Overall, a much appreciated reveal! Thanks, GW. I may not have personally gone gah gah over most of it, but that's down to personal tastes. Lastly, congrats to Alex Gonzalez on the Hero recognition. He deserves it. Big time. elfhead
New elves look pretty good! Liking the overall look and seems like fun to paint. Would have preferred teclis without the big monster and I think it’s gonna be a pain to separate them. I also like this isn’t everything. So we can spread out the excitement until the actual release in the last shot of the video you can see a masked face in the back. Might be Tyrion?
