The Lost Sigmarite
The new dirty tricks are an example of a gamble mechanic in Warhammer that looks fun. Do you wanna push your luck and rapid fire your tricks, or play it safe and keep that 2+ in reserve until the best moment to keep your opponent on edge ? Vasshpit
Hobgrots are particularly mean-spirited minions who band together for protection within Kruleboyz warclans, and are smart enough to hustle deals with gargants, Gitmobs, and other “trade partners” 🤔 Will hobgrots unlock some kind of ally mechanic bringing in other units?... I'd be surprised if they went beyond the pre-order announcement date for Skaventide. Usually they like to stick to a tight schedule for pre-release articles. Something is behind a paywall for sure, as you have to put the BT codes inside.

Traits, artefacts, spells and allegiances are, you can select them in list building but need the tome code to see what they do.

Fyreslayers have been mercenaries that would even fight for Chaos if the Ur gold was good enough since first edition. It has never really reflected in the rules. Assume allies are dead unless proven otherwise. 1

Always felt very forced and something decided on last minute. The idea of the stylized faces on their shields and banners somehow representing him was just ???? 5 2

Certain subfactions of FS, and that has been toned down heavily in recent lore. Working with Chaos is extremely frowned upon, and only one major lodge occasionally does it. They are shunned by most other big lodges.

They haven't divorced Kragnos from Kruleboyz in the lore, he's mentioned in the FF and rules like the banner are based on Kragnos.

HorticulusTGA
I know what I'm not a big fan of the new Knight-Azyros (well, I like the Diablo pose, the details of the sculpt and fact TORNUS THE REDEEMED from the Realmgate Wars era is referenced!). The K-A looks like a Lumineth sculpt with it's giant, angular tabard (Hyshian), the Idoneth-y lantern and the yellow wings... (Nice to have an alternative head and a sword as options too). The Brood Terror on the other hand is great, Moulder had a great Hell Pit Abomination but now the Rat Ogors and the BT are really up to current standards. Can't wait to get acess to full Indexes to try and start the game for Hel Crown !!

Probably a reference to their Soulbound lore which heavily painted them as essentially being the merchants of Destruction.
ScionOfOssia
My congratulations to the Kruleboyz for being so super sneaky that they managed to plunder all of the good stuff before Slaanesh could get there. 1

Actually the brood horror is nice but I just can't get used to his face. Why does he looks sad and exhausted? He could've been angry or smthng else Acually with his shape, he have a lot of reason to be sad but still...

All this stuff about trading etc was how hobgrots were originally pitched back during the Dominion reveals.

I get all that it just seems oddly specific in naming gitmob and gargants as well as putting trading partners in quotation. At work so still digesting the bog boyz FF. A few things I like and a few meh at a quick glance. Edited June 13 by Vasshpit
