Vaellas
I cant see them revealing AoS outside of Warcry and Underworlds stuff before they reveal the Stormcast and Skaven as it would kinda show what next battletome may be coming. Wondering if it is divine as in divinity, Gods, religion etc as if that is the case it could very be something like updated Agents of the Imperium stuff as there was that rumour engine with the skull in the box that looks like it could be an updated preacher. OR if it is something divine as in exquisite and that we could see some new Warcry reveals as Hedonites of Slaanesh have not received a warband yet and with all Warcry reveals out and no roadmap we are now waiting on the next 2 non-duo boxed warbands. OR something related to Orikan the diviner.

Sunday Preview – Devastation Comes to Tallarn - Warhammer Community (warhammer-community.com) Kind of tempted to just use these as the basis of my own Dark mech army: But if that Knight Battle Group provides an actual discount that might be my preferred option. One day I will build my Chaos Knights and maybe getting more will be the impetus to starting lol I can already feel White Dwarf being used for lots of cool rules this edition which makes me sad as I like 4th's rules but I feel like legends will be an essential component for using all the models in anyones collection. Ejecutor
I was checking the store and I realised that Spearhead has a prominent option in the AoS menu: 40k also has the same spot for Combat Patrol, but it is not sold as "Fast Play":
Chikout
I'm guessing we'll see agents of the imperium after ad mech, then it's wild west territory. There would still be two more weeks of pre orders before the Nova preview. That makes me think that tomorrow's preview is about Blood Angels. It's pretty odd to have such a big release previewed on a random Monday. I was also expecting to see the new kill team get a release in August. That's what happened with the previous edition. It launched in the August after third edition. So we could see a kill team pre-order and a Blood Angels box set pre-order before the Nova event. That would mean we see our first battletome pre-order on August 31st or September 7th. That's not too far away. Combat Patrol is a great idea but the execution falls a little short just being 500 point 40k with no list building opportunities. Whereas Spearhead feels like a legitimate game experience. It also was able to get feature every army with even Son's of Behemat getting in on the action. 9 minutes ago, Chikout said: I'm guessing we'll see agents of the imperium after ad mech, then it's wild west territory. It seems odd to me that with Games Workshop often doing studio previews that they didn't just pivot this preview away from the canceled event into a little in studio preview.

Combat patrol is the same as spearhead - you use the contents of a combat patrol box. Since 10th Ed (over a year now) this is how CP is. It doesn't involve points at all. It did years ago but not currently. CP however, since launch has had zero support (afaik) and in that respect, AoS is ahead.

What they probably meant is that AoS Spearhead uses the core rules but also has actual spearhead specific rules in addition to that with the cards that make it interesting. 40k Combat Patrol on the other hand is just normal 40k with smaller armies. Apart from the occasional changed unit special rules for the gamemode you could literally just take a 500pt 40k army and it would feel the same so its just removed army building. And as far as I heard the CPs aren't even balanced against each other very well which is the whole point.

Well there still got Necromunda stuff like the Malstrain Coalescence, Tech-Priest Biologis Hermiatus & Lady Haera Helmawr there also the TOW DMH second wave models with the Organ gun, dwarf cannon, five metal Lords, three metal Runesmiths, four metal Dragon and Daemon Slayers, one metal Dwarf Queen, and a Lord, Thane, and Standard Bearer in resin there also a bunch of the Black Library novels as well both AOS & 40k so that like three weeks of announcements and add in Agest of Imperium and that get it till NOVA there also no way they're going to show off the Blood Angels refresh & codex on a monday model reveal article right after last week they reveled Agents of Imperium especially since AoI was like only one new model where BA is coming out with full refresh with Sanguinor, Astaroth, sanguinary guard and other stuff they would rather then dedicate some time in a reveal show next week on 10th during the Hel crown show (much as people say they don't want to) or wait till NOVA since they saying the blood angels are said to be coming end of summer (which is september not August) Kill team definably could be announce on a monday reveal article but coming how they describe it this as "Divine" i don't think it that probably following week Edited July 29 by Dragon-knight77

Gw tends to like one major release a week. This week we have ad mech and legions on the side. I'd expect those things to accompany another bigger release. We could have one week of specialist games stuff, but that still leaves two weeks of pre-orders before Nova. The teaser from the Sunday article perfectly fits Blood Angels. Also the GW summer is just June - August. They follow the meteorological calender not the astronomical calendar.

Simply divine, sweetlings! I sincerely hope this happens. I've been meaning to get in to Warcry, but have been awaiting a Slaanesh warband. It's well overdue now!

And im sure that Will be in august. Maybe 17th or 24th. And maybe the same week more dwarves for tow. I think that agents Will be Next week.(10th) And i hoppe for kill team at the end of august. Gw make two post teasing the two teams already. And if It IS a new edition, they should start to make articles showing rules . These and that there is a private video in gw YouTube Channel in the kill team section since the NO-gencon, they should show It some monday. And then show Blood Angels at Nova. Maybe gw change mind and they Will release the Angels battlebox before kill team, and they Will show some new miniatures each monday. But i prefer kill team hahaha
