I think I figured out how to release Vampire Coasts and Chaos Dwarfs in a single release with the following upgrade sprue. 

Want your vampire to take to the High Seas just add a Tricorne hat? Want to have your faithful ancestor worshipping Chaos Dwarf turn to evil just give them a fancy new hat? Want your Flayed One to rock a powdered wig to really sell the fleshy look this is the box for you!

Want your Space Marine Lieutenant to be a Cowboy... well just wait a few months because that is probably coming anyway.
