Part of being the Everchosen being the hunt for all the accoutrements It's not entirely clear, though I'd lean towards not every Everchosen having had all of them. Even if you're only going by stuff in army books and White Dwarf articles (Rob Sanders' Black Library Archaon novels are... something), the Six Treasures of Chaos first appeared with Archaon in 5th, and predate the named office of Everchosen, and were just part of Necrodomo the Insane's prophecy about whomever collected them all getting to destroy the world. Whether that means every Everchosen needed them, or is specifically tied to Archaon as the 13th/final/actual Everchosen has never been directly stated, though with the Slayer of Kings explicitly stated as getting it's resident greater daemon bound to it by Vangel, the second Everchosen, it's probably safe to assume Morkar, the first Everchosen didn't have it. Also the Treasures getting routinely rescattered around the world for a new hulking, spikey type to pick up and have a pop at tearing down civilisation with every couple of hundred years feels way too consistent for a bunch of gods with CHAOS as their nomenclature. The Crown of Domination's probably the exception, as Be'lakor gets ritually humiliated and is forced to crown every Everchosen; but it's never been explicitly stated that he's crowned each of them with the Crown of Domination, and ever since GW decided it would be cool to mirror 40k's most sent up plot point and make Archaon the 13th Everchosen with 13 failures preceding him, Be'lakor might well have decided to crown one of these guys with a chamber pot.
