Rampage

There are many combat abilities in Fourth Edition with the key word "Rampage."  But I haven't seen anything that plays off that key word.  Are there any special rampage rules (like only one per turn or something similar)?  Or is that just future proofing for abilities that will ultimately use that keyword?

There is at least one, Kruelboyz monster killers can shut down rampage abilities.
