Why not? The new dragon is in the tomb king box.
I agree with @RyantheFett. The new mini from the box would be the pegasus lord. Maybe they add a resin hero, but not the new unit, imo.

The dragon will be £100 when released separately and the rulebook will be £30+ so I don't think £175 is to bad especially when you factor in the 20% discount from 3rld party sellers.
No way the dragon would be 100 pounds. It has to be cheaper than AoS. As 30k is cheaper than 40k.

Probably around £150 - £175 like the horus heresy box
Then it is overpriced, imo. Even if there's 93 models.

Been a while since GW made a box this big, at least for a non-starter kit.
Now lets see the price.

Yeah, I am also expecting and hoping for a second wave for CoS. Hopefully somewhere in 2024. New flagellants, War altar, Warrior priests, A infantry unit based on the Arch-knight aesthetics and a unit of Arch-knights mounted on something like demigryphs. It doesn't need to demigryphs solong as it is something monstrous mountlike. Also CoS Aelves and dwarves units would be cool too.
I don't think we would see more Arch-knights, sadly. Otherwise it would loose its uniqueness from the command corps.

Nah, remember the lead-up to AoS3 and we had weeks of “Visions of the Beast” engines every week that slowly pieced together the Kruleboyz reveal up to the trailer?

You can’t tell me that exact set-up wouldn’t be perfect to reveal mysterious new Skaven lurking about preparing a new assualt on Order the Stormcast are scouting out with their celestial equipment(more rumor engine shards). 😁
These Christmas advents are likely something sooner than AoS4.
Uhhh, I totally forgot about those! Would be awesome to get them back.

i am not happy with how aos armies were reimagined.
to me seraphons, slaves, slanesh, city, goblins and vampires arent reimagined, they are only same old armies but got up to date the old sculpts.
to me reimagined armys are kharadrons from dispossesed(i am a huge dispossesed collector but i hate the kharadrons) or lumineths from high elfs(again im a high elf player and i hate lumineths style) per example.
To me Kharadrons is an army that could fit in the old world as well. Just replace the magic powder that powers their ballons with something less magical and it could fit perfectly. Imo all armies could be shared one world or another without problem at all.
I think a big part of the armies being reimagined is to stand out from the hundreds of 3D artirsts that copied their armies in all the possible ways more than something inherited from AoS as universe.- 1

Yeah, at length I call them a good middle-ground.
They definitely have old aesthetics(fitting as some were in stasis since then or even the manifestation of Slann memories) but when you compare the old savage jungle fighters covered in scale weapons & skulls vs the cleaner magi-tech smooth weapons & armor like they just came off a clean environment you can see which way they’re leaning(magic space dinos that hobbyists can either build off of or muddy up for new jungles)old:
They’re a good baseline to build from. Especially if future stuff gets wilder like some new lore teases.
“A cabal of slann lead by Starmaster Tuomoq propose a radical notion. They posit that it was not Chaos that devoured the world that was but Sotek, for the Serpent God desired for the slann to abandon physical limitations and, in a new cycle of creation, become creator-god energy-beings of unbound potential. As visions continue to assail him, Tuomoq's proclamations become increasingly esoteric, until he and his inner circle suddenly vanish; their vessels are last seen bound for the uppermost reaches of Azyr, where the strangest cosmic entities convalesce. Though many slann mourn him as finally being overwhelmed by the mental strain of aeons, private adherents to his teachings continue to lead many Starborne constellations.”
-Seraphon 2023 battletome.
(which I liked the new Dawner book even nodded to their astral bodies as the reinforcements Kroak sent down were so hastily beamed over that there are visible holes in their scaley physicality forms where you can see galaxy voids instead
Also is the safest approach. That way the userbase that do not like the new aesthetic can get used to it little by little.

And i really dont want see skaven reimagined, only want the same skavens but in plastic.
If they want reimagine weird aos things can do it with new armys, but i hope they respect to old players when they do armys revamps because if it is a new army you can choose buy it or not buy it if you dont like it, but if they reimagine your actual army and you dont like it then you are fu....
so far they have respected us old players with the revamps as seraphons, city(so far nothing is too much aosified yet),soulbligth(if we ignore the ugly lauka vai),goblins etc.
by the way why this random faq nerfed so hard to overcosted and bad models as karazai/krondys/ionus?now the aura to give -1 attack only work against one unit when before worked against multiple units. And the biggest reason : now only work in the figth phase,so it is useless and dont work in other phases as per example the comand point of morathi that let one unit combat in the hero phase, those models were allready very overcosted and nobody use them in competitive and they need buffs and not huge nerfs as this. Also this faq fixed to the new vulkyn unit of fyreslayers and they are now the most competitive unit of fyreslayers(isnt hard when the others options are so bad)If you are happy with how AoS armies were reimagined so far, why do not give a chance to rats as well? hehehe

I suggest we could be looking at a new bomb design for akyre acolytes. Looks like the bomb hold liquid. They painted what could look like bubbles.
Rather than bubbles I see the metal with dents going inside.

Imo this is the prelude to chorfs. K'daai Fireborn, Hobgrots, the scraps looking thing... Chorfs confirmed.

Bloodbowl is a definite different universe/setting of its own.
And what about Middle Earth?
Even if it is its own setting, it is gruped under TOW on the website, as it is the clossest they have in terms of "main game".
Middle Earth is a Specialists Game like many others (Necromunda, Warcry, Underworld...)- 2

Guess in terms of company GW will remain GW, but they clearly want to unify the branding for easier and coherent brand recognition.
I think is not that easy to change the brand name in terms of legal stuff, but in the end is a good move. If you are not too deep into GW stuff, you just call them warhammer. It is a nice branding move.

Just found out about this rumour from Valrak:
Do we think it could be true that GW messed it so hardly? Would be sad... maybe in the future we could see some AoS content.

Imo we would need some more units focused on the Wheel before moving into something else. This is just the tip of the wheel (even if a circle doesn't have a tip...)

Nah. There would be more plastic in the sprues than in those bones! I am hoping for the box to be around 120 - 140 pounds. Those old as hell minis have to lower the price some how.
