Only one where the wind is blowing to the left I can think of is Doralia ven Denst, although I think she was only sculpted that way so that she looks good paired up with Galen.

The Wildercorps Hunters are "wind agnostics", for example, and I would include them as part of the last big wave.

Something I realised; unless this is the backside of a mini, this can't be Cities, since all their minis have the wind blowing to the right, but the paper here is being blown to the left.

Do you think it is something that is going to be a pattern for future miniatures as well? I honestly doubt it. It would be such a big limit in terms of scuplting... I think would be something exclusive from the castellite related minis.

I wish that they had made the Ghoul Kings and Archregent a little more powerful and pricey. Seems odd that they are not that big a step up over a Courtier.

    Otherwise looks good!

The commemorative series one is a Ghoul King, right? Nothing special cause his "crown of dellusion", right?

Last time they did an advent engine, it was for a battlebox (the 40k eldar vs chaos one) - I imagine it would be like that again

Also last time, it was a springtime battlebox as opposed to a summer release, so I imagine it would be before AoS4. Whether it's a 40k battlebox again (I could see those feathers being for a kroot pech'ra) or an AoS army box for a new faction, who can say

Another 40k battlebox would make lot of sense. Yeah.

  5. Thinking about the advent calendar... what are the chances of it not being mainly 40k? I would love that it is all or mainly AoS, but realistically thinking... 40k didn't get much love recently, and it is their main game. So makes sense for it to be 40k focused, right?

    Why not both though?
We focused on ghur in this edition but the narrative shifted to the Hammerhal crusades.
I'm expecting Ulgu considering is the last realm to fully explore....still hoping the Grungni\duardin storyline will finally kicks in(and not sidelined for more stormcasts armor making XD).

But can the Dawnbringer series can be considered enough realm exploration? I wouldn't say so. Where we've seen most of Ghur's exploration, imo, is in warcry with all the Gnarwood scenery.

Looks very AoS'y, unless the new Kroot (re)sculpts are going really crazy on the feathers department.

Last time we had an advent calendar, in 2021, it was all focused on one specific box (Eldritch Omens). I wonder if we're getting the same for an AoS box this time, or if it'll be just a general pick'n'mix of rumour images.

That's pretty interesting! Maybe it is focused on TOW or 4ed box? It could fit some guesses about prosecutors. Let see once we have more pics to get an overall idea.

An interesting article to be certain, though out of curiosity did they show how to do the paint scheme for the skin of THE NEW SCIONS OF LONG LOST NEHEKHARA!!! yet? I have my own scheme planned out, but I figure that the ghouls might look cool in the glowing pale-green GW cooked up.

He! that was the scheme I was planning as well!
